The Developer and one individual owner sold five lots on Shelby Court West (lots 60 through 64) to owners of nearby properties in the Highlands Country Club development to the west and south of Shelby Place.  

These lots have substantial restrictions in their deeds that limit development and use. In a settlement with the various owners, the owners of these lots have relinquished rights in Shelby Place, including the right to vote, and reserving only the right of access by using our streets. Each of these five lot owners are responsible, as one unimproved lot, to pay for any special assessments for maintenance and repair of our roads. The HOA holds the right to enforce the restrictions as stated in the Declaration’s Third Amendment dated September 13, 2010.
