 During growing season (early-April to mid-October)

• Weekly – Mow & weed-eat lawns

• Weekly – Blow off roads & drive areas

• Every two weeks – Mow, weed-eat, blow debris from club house area, pickle ball court & field below court

• Every three weeks – Weed-eat roadside areas

During fall & early winter

• Major leaf clean-up before Thanksgiving

• Second major clean-up before Christmas

Mid-January to mid-February

• Thorough clean-up leaves, limbs, debris

Mid- to late-March

• Thorough clean-up leaves, limbs, debris

Additional services are performed as needed and at extra cost, i.e. hauling yard debris, fertilization & re-seeding, fallen tree hauling, storm clean-up
